I'm guessing this is a scammer because I have a similar encounter to report. I received an email from this ip address from someone claiming to be a woman named Joyce Samuel who claimed to be very sick and awaiting surgery, but needed a beneficiary to help her allocate and spend funds that wanted to go to charity. The person emailing me spoke very "churchy" and wanted my personal info: name, email, phone, address and photo in order to provide her lawyer so that her lawyer could give me her bank account info so that I could transfer her funds to my account, which is odd. I'm not sure exactly what their angle was in terms of committing some sort of fraud or crime but I could tell something didn't seem right about the entire dialogue.
